My name is Mindi Spencer — wife of a (newly retired) Air Force officer, mom to two almost-grown daughters, and a lifelong traveler at heart.

My love of travel truly began during our years living in Germany through my husband’s Air Force career. Being based in Europe allowed us to explore freely — hopping on trains, crossing borders by car, and immersing ourselves in cultures that quickly became part of our story. Germany still feels like a second home, and the Bavarian Alps remain one of my favorite places in the world.

Since then, my travels have taken me across the globe — from Asia and Australia to South America, Africa, and throughout the Caribbean. Each journey has deepened my appreciation for travel that is thoughtful, immersive, and personally meaningful.

In recent years, Africa has captured my heart. From Morocco’s vibrant souks to the sweeping plains of Kenya, the continent offers experiences unlike anywhere else in the world. Kenya, in particular, holds a special place for me — not only for its extraordinary wildlife, but for the warmth of its people and the relationships I’ve been fortunate to build there.

Today, I focus on designing immersive, high-touch travel experiences — luxury African safaris, bespoke European itineraries, expedition cruises, and complex multi-country adventures. I work best with travelers who value thoughtful planning, seamless logistics, and experiences that feel personal and elevated.
